How it all started…

Hi, I'm GMo (pronounced Gee-Mo), and I've been belting out tunes as the lead singer in rock cover bands from the East Coast in Boston to the sunny vibes of San Diego since 2013. Performing almost 50 songs at each gig, I found myself wrestling with the hassle of iPad stands and those dreadful lyric sheets.

Frustration led me to dive into the world of music prompters, only to discover that existing options were not just too expensive, but they were also these cumbersome, clunky contraptions that seemed more like a burden than a solution – especially for someone like me, a passionate hobbyist.

Not content to settle for subpar equipment, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a lyrics prompter that not only worked seamlessly but was also easy to carry around. Fast forward a few years, and at every gig, fellow musicians would approach me, asking where they can get their hands on the sleek lyrics prompter that looked just like a regular floor monitor wedge.

It dawned on me that many musicians share the same struggle with teleprompters, and after realizing I'd built my own, the requests started pouring in. Now, living in Winchester, CA, I'm regularly approached about my lyrics prompter. Musicians express their longing to own a stage prompter like mine, but the options available simply don't cater to the needs of hobbyists and are far from affordable.
